Infolink provides customer support for SalesImpaq CRM – free desktop software with integrated business intelligence, an eMail marketing partnership, and a web conferencing offering

El Paso, TX - February 10, 2009 – Infolink SA, the leading "nearshore" provider of outsourced customer support services to technology companies, announced today that it has completed an agreement to provide customer support capabilities for SalesImpaq, Inc., a San Diego based software startup company. Infolink also announced that it is supporting SalesImpaq’s green product launch and the LIVESTRONG, the Lance Armstrong Foundation’s drive to find a cure for cancer. Brian Bigley, SalesImpaq’s CEO, is traveling nearly 500 miles in what he has coined "the businessman’s triathlon," by walking, biking, and riding a Segway from San Francisco to San Diego -- raising donations and awareness for LIVESTRONG. Infolink has contributed a donation to LIVESTRONG, and SalesImpaq will provide 3% of the company’s product sales to LAF for its first 12 months of operations.
